Our full service means we do everything to fill and maintain your machines. We take complete care of them so you don't have to think about it. We maintain them regularly, based on your needs. Our repair trucks are filled with parts to fix any problem you might have in 48 hours or less and we are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Q: How much does it cost to place vending machines?
A: It doesn't cost you anything. Machines are placed, serviced and
maintained free of charge.
Q: How quickly are
service calls handled?
A: We try to respond to all mechanical issues within 24 hours of notice.
Q: How are refunds issued?
A: All machines are labeled with J&J Vending’s name and phone number. If
money is taken and no product is received customers can call 1 -(800)
863-VEND, leave their name and address and a full refund is mailed. (Refunds
are mailed every Monday). In certain situations a petty cash system is put
in place as well so that customers can receive their money immediately.
