Q: How much does it cost to place vending machines?
A: It doesn't cost you anything. Machines are placed, serviced and
maintained free of charge.
Q: How quickly are
service calls handled?
A: We try to respond to all mechanical issues within 24 to 48 hours of notice.
Q: How are refunds issued?
A: All machines are labeled with the J & J Vending name and phone number. If
money is taken and no product is received customers can call 1 -(800)
863-VEND, leave their name and address and a full refund is mailed. (Refunds
are mailed every Monday). In certain situations a petty cash system is put
in place as well so that customers can receive their money immediately.
